Terms and Conditions

All services must be pre-paid or paid for in full on the same day as your service, sorry we do not accept delayed or part payments for consultations, courses or products. All consultations are a one hour minimum booking. You may extend your booking, time permitting, by adding an extra 15 minutes or half hour during your consultation to be paid on the same day as your consultation service. If you have attended and paid for a consultation in the same working week, you may book and attend an extra half hour appointment (in the same week only). Late fees will be applied every 7 days your account remains unpaid. Cancellations within 24 hours may result in a one hour cancellation fee. Consistent ‘no shows’ will result in refusal of further consultations.

Fair Use Policy:
All Discount Pre-Paid Packages and pre-paid consultations and courses hoursmust be used within 3 months from initial deposit or payment. No refunds will be given after this period. Pro rata standard rates will be applied per half hour of time used, (includes VIP Packages) which applies to all refunds plus AU$65 administration fee will be deducted from all refunds which may take up to 12 weeks to reach the original payer account. International & banking fees may be also applied. Pre-paid discount package clients may cancel within 24 hours three times before one hour is deducted from your package for each ‘no show’. ‘No shows’ & cancellations of services within 24 hours of your booked service will have one hour deducted from all pre-paid services each time. Code of Conduct:
If your practitioner feels unsafe with your behaviour at any time, your consultation will be terminated without refund and all further services cancelled without refund.
